Designed to create heat in the body, this moving meditation starts with integration and salutations. From there, we flow into standing sequences, arm balances/inversions, back strengthening/chest opening, abs strengthening and hip openers. We close this practice with cool down and meditation. Dance, flow and glide, weightlessly through this practice into complete relaxation.</image:caption>
